Apartments & Floor Plans

  • At Westfield Townhomes, you’ll find two spacious three-bedroom layouts with plenty of room to settle in, relax, and make the space your own. Each townhome has comfortable living areas designed to fit the way you live, whether you need room to entertain, work from home, or simply want to enjoy more space.

  • At this time, Westfield Townhomes doesn't have units built specifically for ADA accessibility.

  • We don't offer live virtual tours, but you can watch recorded video walkthroughs of each floor plan right on our gallery page. It's an easy way to get a feel for the space before you visit in person.

  • Our homes come unfurnished, which means the blank canvas is yours. Bring your own style and make it feel like home from the day you move in.

Pricing & Fees

  • Security deposits typically start at $1,000 and can go up to two months' rent, depending on your credit. Once you're approved, it's due within 24 to 48 hours, so it helps to have that ready to go.

  • Utilities are not included in the monthly rent and are billed separately, giving you more flexibility and control over your monthly costs based on your usage.

  • Westfield Townhomes is connected with AT&T Fiber, giving you access to fast and reliable internet for streaming, working from home, gaming, and staying connected.

  • Paying rent is simple through the resident portal. You can make a secure payment using your checking account or credit card, whichever works best for you. The portal also makes it easy to manage your account all in one place.

  • In addition to your rent payment, there's one monthly HOA fee of $160, and it actually covers quite a bit:

    • Internet

    • Pest control

    • Trash service

    • Liability renters insurance

    • Lawn care

    Think of it as five separate bills folded into one, so there's less for you to keep track of.

Application and Leasing

  • Yes, there's a $65 fee per applicant, which covers the cost of processing your application on our end.

  • We keep this part simple by working with Snappt, a third-party service that verifies income and documentation for every applicant. It's a quick process, and it helps keep things fair for everyone applying alongside you.

  • Applicants need a gross monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent.

  • Lease terms run 12 to 18 months, giving you some flexibility to pick what fits your plans.

  • Subleasing is not permitted at Westfield Townhomes. If your circumstances change during your lease, reach out to our team, and we can talk through the options available to you.

  • Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents, as outlined in your lease agreement. It's included as part of your monthly $160 fee, so it's already taken care of once you move in.

  • We’re happy you’re considering staying with us! About 60 to 90 days before your lease ends, we’ll send your renewal offer by email and through your resident portal. This gives you plenty of time to review your options, ask any questions, and decide what works best for you.

  • At this time, Westfield Townhomes does not offer affordable housing options.

Pets

  • Yes! Westfield Townhomes is a pet-friendly community in Covington, GA, and we’re happy to welcome your furry friends home with you. Your dog or cat is part of the family, and we’re excited to have them as part of our community.

  • Pets come with a one-time fee of $300 per pet, plus $25 per month in pet rent. We allow up to two pets per home, so there's room for the whole crew.

  • Both dogs and cats are welcome at Westfield Townhomes, with the exception of aggressive breeds.

  • Your furry friends have a space to enjoy too! Westfield Townhomes features an on-site pet park where your pets can get some fresh air and enjoy time outside close to home.

Amenities and Facilities

  • Life at Westfield Townhomes comes with spaces to relax, connect, and enjoy your time at home. Residents can take advantage of a refreshing pool with a cabana, a fire pit and gathering area, a playground, an on-site pet park, jogging trails, and beautifully maintained grounds throughout the community.   • Every home at Westfield Townhomes comes with an in-unit washer and dryer, so you can take care of laundry whenever it works best for your schedule without having to leave home.

  • Bike storage isn't available on site right now, but your private 2-car garage has plenty of space to store all your outdoor gear and other items.


  • Yes, AT&T Fiber keeps every home connected with high-speed internet, so you're set for work, streaming, or whatever your day needs.

Parking

  • Parking is one less thing to worry about here. Every home comes with its own two-car garage, and if guests need a spot, overflow parking is available with no extra fee attached.

  • None at all, your guests are welcome to stay over whenever it works for you.

  • If you drive electric, you're covered. Every two-car garage comes with its own EV charging port built right in, so charging happens overnight without any extra planning.

Move-In and Move-Out Support

  • The only move-in fee is a one-time $25 pool fob fee, which gets you set up to enjoy the pool right away.

  • We love seeing residents make their home feel like their own! While permanent modifications aren’t allowed, you’re welcome to personalize your space with decor and touches that reflect your style. For any questions about specific changes, our leasing team is always happy to help. 

  • We understand that circumstances may change, and we’re here to help make the process as clear as possible. If you need to end your lease early, a 60-day notice is required, along with continued rent payments through the notice period and an early termination fee equal to two months’ rent.

  • Moving out requires 60 days’ written notice, so it’s helpful to start planning ahead before your lease ends. Our team will be happy to guide you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • After you move out, your security deposit refund will typically be processed within 45 days. 

Maintenance and Requests

  • We're here to help with whatever comes up! Just submit your request through the resident portal, and our maintenance team will take it from there.

  • Most maintenance requests are addressed within 24 to 48 hours. Our team works quickly to keep your home comfortable and make sure any issues are taken care of as soon as possible.

Community and Lifestyle

  • Yes, quiet hours run from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. It's a small policy that makes a big difference for anyone winding down after a long day. 

  • Families at Westfield Townhomes have access to several nearby schools, including West Newton Elementary School, Liberty Middle School, Veterans Memorial Middle School, and Salem High School. If you have questions about school options or the surrounding area, our leasing team is always happy to help.

  • Westfield Townhomes sits close to I-20, putting Covington's historic square on one side and the drive into Atlanta on the other, so you're never far from either. If you'd rather skip the driving altogether, Lyft and Uber both operate in the area. Our neighborhood page has even more on what's nearby.

  • Westfield Townhomes is a non-smoking community, which helps keep the air and environment comfortable for everyone who calls it home. We appreciate our residents helping us keep it that way.
